Product details

The star locks ensure that the weight plates are always securely and firmly attached to the barbell. They also prevent the annoying rattling of the weight plates. To prevent slipping of the hands during training, the grip areas of the bar are cross-knurled. The barbell features two indestructible trapezoidal threads, which are the safest way to secure weight plates. The curl bar has a diameter of 30 mm, which is the standard size, ensuring compatibility with all commercially available weight plates.
