The foam padding distributed throughout the interior provides optimal protection against impacts from the front, back, and sides up to the helmet's edge. The helmet fits snugly on the head, with large ventilation openings and a stepless adjustment via a rotary knob for different head sizes, making it particularly comfortable. A headlamp can be securely attached using holding clips.
