Our running-enthusiastic team has designed the KN500 running shoes to ensure that your child maintains their natural running stride as they begin their journey into running.

These lightweight, comfortable shoes with a 0 drop are ideal for children starting out in running. The natural rolling motion of the child's foot is respected, allowing for better running.

To enable a natural rolling motion similar to barefoot running, the Flex Run is based on four criteria:

• 0 drop and flexibility: The midfoot area makes contact with the ground before the heel.
• Lightweight: For a smooth rolling motion.
• Anatomical shape: The shoe restricts the foot less.

Result: The energy from the foot striking the ground is transferred to the muscles on the back of the leg, which better absorb the vibrations. The drop of a shoe is the height difference between the toe and heel of the sole. Scientific studies in our lab show that a drop of 0 is closest to the natural rolling of the foot when running barefoot. This natural rolling motion better cushions impacts while running and strengthens ligaments and muscles in the long term.
