Our running-enthusiastic team has designed the KN500 running shoes to help your child maintain their natural running stride as they begin their journey into running.

These lightweight, comfortable shoes with a 0 drop are ideal for children who are starting to run. The natural rolling motion of the child's foot is respected, allowing for better running.

To enable a natural rolling movement similar to barefoot running, the Flex Run is based on four criteria:

• 0 drop and flexibility: The midfoot area makes contact with the ground before the heel.
• Lightweight: For a smooth rolling motion.
• Anatomical shape: The shoe restricts the foot less.

Result: The energy upon landing is transferred to the muscles in the back of the leg, which better absorb the vibrations. The drop of a shoe is the height difference between the toe and the heel. Scientific studies in our lab show that a 0 drop comes closest to the natural rolling of the foot during barefoot running. This natural rolling behavior helps to better cushion impacts while running and strengthens ligaments and muscles in the long term.
