Our running-enthusiastic team has designed the KN500 running shoes to ensure that your child maintains their natural running stride as they begin their journey into the sport.
These lightweight, comfortable shoes with a 0 drop are ideal for children who want to start running. The child's natural rolling motion is respected, allowing for better running.
To enable a natural rolling movement similar to barefoot running, the Flex Run is based on four criteria:
Result: The energy from the foot striking the ground is transferred to the muscles in the back of the leg, which better absorb the vibrations. The drop of a shoe is the height difference between the toe and the heel. Scientific studies in our lab show that a drop of 0 comes closest to the natural rolling of the foot during barefoot running. This natural rolling behavior helps to better absorb impacts while running and strengthens ligaments and muscles in the long term.
