The EXT technology ensures a walking-like movement and is particularly gentle on the joints. With the extensive options of the 12 programs on the training computer, the UNIX EX offers many training variations. This includes the possibility of pulse-controlled training, preset pulse ranges for fat-burning and fitness zone training, as well as recovery pulse measurement with a fitness score. The training data is clearly displayed on the 3-color backlit LCD screen. Thanks to the USB connection, the training data can be optimally stored.
