The AirTrain air cushion system inflates the 2.2 mm thick running mat at the request of the user. This allows for individual adjustment of hardness, speed, and incline, enabling a switch between outdoor, asphalt, grass, forest, or field running tracks. The heart rate is recorded by hand pulse sensors. Tablets or smartphones can be accommodated thanks to the smart device holder. Integrated wheels ensure easy transport.
