What adjustment options does the Hold Strong weight bench offer?
The weight bench offers a total of 7 adjustment options for the backrest and 2 settings for the seat support. It can be used as a flat bench, an incline bench or a so-called negative bench, i.e. with a sloping backrest. By changing the angle, many different muscle groups can be worked and exercises varied.

The bench can be adjusted with a single movement: Simply lift the backrest so that the support is released and reinsert it in the desired notch. The mechanism is much faster and at the same time safer than the screw-lock solutions found on many comparable products.
