The LS3859 comes complete with height-adjustable barbell stands and a leg unit with thick foam rollers. Thanks to the additional preacher pad, you can enhance the effectiveness of your workout. All of this results in an excellent upper and lower body workout, such as for chest exercises, leg extensions, and leg curls.
