HMS Barbell bench LS1203

The LS1203 HMS is a freestanding multifunctional bench that is perfect for home workouts. The eight-position adjustable backrest, leg lock, and additional expanders allow the user to perform many new and advanced exercises, making the workout more effective. It is worth noting that the bench is very easy to assemble, so you can simply fold it up after your workout.

The LS1203 HMS bench kit includes additional arm extensions that attach to the front leg of the bench. You can use outdoor chairs for warming up or during your workout by adjusting the backrest to the appropriate angle.

The seat and backrest are crafted with great care. Hardboards covered with thick foam ensure stability during exercises. The finish features carbon padding with an embroidered logo that is sweat-resistant and non-slip. The equipment also includes protective pads to prevent wear on the feet during training.

The base of the LS1203 HMS bench is made from a durable, strong construction. The steel profiles, along with the wide seat and backrest, provide safety and longevity for many years.

The LS1203 HMS has a simple and quick folding function. After your workout, you just pull out the steel pins in the bench frame, and the bench folds up.
