Harken offers these patented, high-strength blocks with loop attachment in sizes ranging from 18 to 57 mm. The 18 mm block features ball bearings and an integral steel bearing shell, as well as stainless steel rivets, providing an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The 29, 40, and 57 mm blocks have composite sheaves that run freely on Delrin ball bearings with curved bearing shells. They do not have metal shackles or rivets, making them the lightest loop attachment blocks Harken has ever built. All T2 blocks are lashed or spliced through the load-bearing center of the block, reducing the load on the cheeks and providing additional safety for the system. They are suitable for traveler controls, mainsheet and downhaul applications, cascades, and other systems where small, lightweight blocks are required. The in/out loop system of the T2 Loop is threaded through the head of the block and over the anchor pin for a secure connection. A SK75 Dyneema loop is included, and replacement loops are available.
