You only need one hand to lock or release the winch handle - simply press anywhere on the release handle with your palm to activate the mechanism. To securely lock it, just let go of the trigger. Harken also employs SpeedGrip technology in the OneTouch winch handle for faster and more efficient cranking. The unique handle with a ball bearing between the knob and handle allows for quick operation with the palm at low loads, while at high loads, it can be cranked powerfully with both hands.
