Gymstick Press & Squat Rack

The Gymstick Press & Squat squat and push-up stands are designed for home use, where maximizing space is essential. The stands are easy to move from one place to another and do not require bolt anchoring to the floor. The product can be used on its own or excellently with a bench. It is height-adjustable and also includes adjustable safety supports. There are weight plate holders at the bottom of the frame, as well as adjustable floor legs that provide additional stability when needed.
