The wall-mounted lat pulldown is an ideal training equipment for your home gym. It is stable, easy to install, and allows for an effective workout with minimal space requirements. A narrower grip promotes the growth of the latissimus dorsi in depth, while a wider grip enhances the transverse fibers of the latissimus.
