This 120 cm long barbell is well-suited for exercises without a bench, such as standing rows or shoulder presses, as it tends to tilt less than longer models. Thanks to the included spring clips, quick weight changes during a workout are possible. You can use all standard weight plates with a 31 mm hole diameter. The bar looks great with its shiny chrome finish.
