G-Form Pro-Rugged Pads

With the new Pro-Rugged Guard, G-Form ushers in a new generation of trail protectors. The innovative laminate featuring EVA and Smartflex foam, along with Armortex, combines comfort, enhanced protection, lightweight design, and compact packing volume. The G-Form Pro-Rugged elbow pad is arguably the lightest (approximately 150 g/pair/M) and most comfortable elbow protector in its category, while still offering increased protection. Its packing size is also remarkably small (approximately 14x6 cm, size M). The RPT polymer foam hardens upon impact within milliseconds and absorbs up to 90% of the energy. After a fall, the foam immediately returns to being soft and flexible. The soft, elastic RPT foam is laminated with Kevlar fabric and backed with conforming EVA, sewn onto a fine Lycra sleeve, allowing the G-Form protector to hug the knee almost like a second skin. G-Form protectors are significantly less sweat-inducing than conventional protectors while still effectively shielding the knees from cold. With minimal weight and wide rubberized closures, G-Form protectors stay in place. For added support and adjustability, a rubber band is attached at the top for even better grip and individual fit. The Pro-Rugged elbow pads come in five different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone. They are recommended for use in trail to downhill, park, or 4X applications. G-Form protectors can be easily washed in the machine at 40 degrees.
