G-Form Pro-Rugged Pads

With the new Pro-Rugged Guard, G-Form introduces a new generation of trail pads. The innovative laminate made of EVA and Smartflex foam, along with Armortex, combines comfort, enhanced protection, lightweight design, and a compact size. The G-Form Pro-Rugged elbow pad is arguably the lightest (about 150 g/pair/M) and most comfortable elbow protector in its category, while still providing increased protection. Its pack size is also remarkably small (approximately 14 x 6 cm, size M). The RPT polymer foam hardens upon impact within milliseconds and absorbs up to 90% of the energy. After a fall, the foam immediately returns to being soft and flexible. The soft, elastic RPT foam is laminated with a Kevlar fabric and backed with form-fitting EVA. It is sewn onto a fine Lycra sleeve, allowing the G-Form protector to hug the knee almost like a second skin. G-Form pads are significantly less sweat-inducing than conventional protectors while effectively shielding the knees from cold. With minimal weight and broad rubberized closures, G-Form protectors hardly shift. For additional support and adjustability, a rubber band is attached at the top, providing even better grip and individual fit. The Pro-Rugged elbow pads come in five different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone. They are recommended for trail to downhill, park, or 4X use. G-Form pads can be easily washed in the machine at 40 degrees.
