G-Form Pro-Rugged Pads

With the new Pro-Rugged Guard, G-Form ushers in a new generation of trail protectors. The innovative laminate featuring EVA and Smartflex foam, along with Armortex, combines comfort, enhanced protection, lightweight design, and a compact pack size. The G-Form Pro-Rugged Elbow Pad is arguably the lightest (approximately 150 g/pair/M) and most comfortable elbow protector in its category, while providing increased protection. Its pack size is also remarkably small (approximately 14 x 6 cm, size M). The RPT polymer foam hardens upon impact within milliseconds and absorbs up to 90% of the energy. After a fall, the foam immediately returns to being soft and flexible. The soft, elastic RPT foam is laminated with a Kevlar fabric and backed with conforming EVA, and is sewn onto a fine Lycra sleeve, allowing the G-Form protector to fit around the elbow almost like a second skin. G-Form protectors are significantly less sweat-inducing than conventional protectors, yet they effectively protect the elbows from cold. With minimal weight and thanks to the wide rubberized ends, G-Form protectors hardly shift. For additional support and adjustability, a rubber band is attached at the top for even better grip and individual customization. The Pro-Rugged Elbow Pads come in five different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone. They are recommended for trail to downhill, park, or 4X use. G-Form protectors can be easily washed in the machine at 40 degrees.
