The first thing you'll notice about the EPIC Abdominal Bench is the wider bench padding and the upward positioning of the feet. The flat and declining positions increase the intensity; add a kettlebell, and this strength training instantly transforms into an aerobic workout. The padding is made from high-quality vinyl and durable 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) foam. Bolt holes enhance the stability of the bench. The Freemotion Ab Bench is constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel and features an electrostatically powder-coated finish for a professional look.
