The steel core of the bar provides stability, while the soft coating enhances grip.

The set includes robust weight plates made of odorless polyurethane, designed for daily use due to their durable nature. With integrated grip openings, the plates can be easily swapped out and also used independently of the bar for a variety of exercises – such as squats, crunches, or lateral raises. Two spring locks ensure that the plates remain securely fixed during training.
