SZ Curl Bar 120 cm with Star Lock – for Effective Arm Training

The 120 cm SZ curl bar is specifically designed for training the biceps and triceps. Its curved shape allows for a joint-friendly wrist position, providing more comfort and efficiency during arm workouts.

With a weight of 7 kg and a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, the curl bar offers sufficient stability even with heavier training weights. The 18.5 cm long weight sleeves are compatible with all standard weight plates featuring a 30-/31-mm hole. The grip width is 80 cm, and the grip diameter is 28 mm – ideal for secure and comfortable handling. The knurled grip areas further ensure a firm hold during all exercises.

Thanks to the included star locks, the weights are securely held in place during training – perfect for controlled repetitions without annoying rattling. The SZ curl bar is excellent for targeted arm training at home or in the gym.
