38 cm Dumbbell Bar with Star Lock – compact, stable, and versatile. This dumbbell bar is ideal for training arms, shoulders, and the entire upper body. With its compact length of 38 cm, it is particularly handy and well-suited for limited spaces – perfect for home gyms or targeted isolation exercises.

The bar is made of robust spring steel, is chrome-plated, and has a weight of 2.5 kg. The 11 cm long weight sleeves are compatible with all standard weights with a 30-/31-mm hole. The knurled grip has a diameter of 28 mm and a grip length of 12.5 cm, ensuring a secure hold during all exercises. With a maximum load capacity of 100 kg, the bar is also suitable for more demanding workouts.

The dumbbell bar comes with star locks and offers an easy and secure way to attach weights – ideal for versatile training sessions at home or in the studio. Note: Price is per piece.
