The weight chains allow for progressive strength training with variable load distribution. During the upward movement, more and more chain links gradually lift off the ground, which continuously increases the training weight. This supports a uniform development of strength throughout the entire range of motion, especially in exercises such as bench presses, squats, or deadlifts.

Made of galvanized steel, the chains are equipped with a locking ring with a swivel knob for attachment to barbell bars with a diameter of 50 mm. In addition to use with the barbell, they are also suitable for adding extra weight during dips or jump exercises.
