Farmer's Walk Handles 50 mm – Functional Strength Training at a New Level

The Farmer's Walk Handles are the perfect tool for functional strength training in the gym or home gym. With a grip diameter of 32 mm and an overall length of 120 cm, they fit comfortably in the hand and allow for an ergonomic grip position. The weight sleeves, with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of 30 cm each, are compatible with all standard weight plates and bumper plates with a 50 mm hole.

Made from robust steel and finished with a matte black powder coating, the handles impress not only with their appearance but also with their durability and resilience. Weighing 7.5 kg per handle, they can support up to 250 kg – ideal for intense Strongman sessions. Locking rings ensure secure retention of the plates during training and are included with the product.

The Farmer's Walk is a classic Strongman discipline and is one of the most effective full-body exercises.
