With this characteristic movement that the Foil encourages, a swimmer can activate their entire body to develop a powerful Dolphin Kick through the water. The Dolphin Kick movement significantly enhances the swimmer's core and leg strength. The best results are achieved when performing the Dolphin Kick movement sideways (known as Side Kicks).
