The Fly Air Fit is a movable platform for a new, intense, and effective form of balance training. Whether it's yoga, Pilates, or simple paddle training – every muscle is engaged, improving body awareness, core stability, and coordination. Compared to traditional training methods, strength and coordination are significantly enhanced during workouts on the movable Fly Air Fit board. Additionally, it offers the benefits of outdoor training in nature. The large volume provides excellent stability against tipping, allowing all yoga or fitness exercises to be performed on the soft deck pad without unwanted instability. The elongated outline also ensures good paddling characteristics with excellent water positioning and immense tipping stability. The numerous eyelets around the board offer connection options for training partners and the Fly Air Fit platform. Optionally, power bands can also be attached there.
