It is wind and water-resistant while also being highly breathable and comfortable to wear.

For added ventilation during high exertion, the pants feature additional laser perforations. The cut of the softshell pants is slim and ergonomic with pre-shaped knees for optimal freedom of movement on steep ascents. The adjustable elastic waistband ensures a perfect fit without slipping. The pockets are angled for comfortable use with a climbing harness. The leg openings can be expanded with a zipper, allowing the Transalper pants to be worn perfectly with both high mountain boots and low-cut shoes.
