The robust, PFAS-free stretch material made from 80% recycled nylon provides the necessary durability for use on rock. It is wind- and water-repellent, while also being highly breathable and comfortable to wear. For additional ventilation during high exertion, the pants feature extra laser perforations.

The cut of the softshell pants is slim and ergonomic, with pre-shaped knees for optimal freedom of movement during steep ascents. The adjustable elastic waistband ensures a perfect fit without slipping. The pockets are angled for comfortable use with a climbing harness. The leg openings can be expanded with a zipper, allowing the Transalper pants to be perfectly worn with both high mountaineering boots and low shoes.
