The 5 kg Bumper weight plate is ideal for your weightlifting training. It was developed by our coaches and our team of experts and is suitable for all levels. The weight plate is easy to put on and take off. It impresses with good cushioning and a low rebound effect. The weight plate has an internal diameter of 50 mm and is available individually. It has been approved by our customers and Romain Maier, French weightlifting champion. Deformation and durability were tested in the laboratory. Not authorised for competition.
