Customise your training using the stored programmes and make rapid progress. Tested with max. running speed (14 km/h) and max. user weight (130 kg). Motor power: 1.25 hp and 800 watts. All electrical components are designed for the maximum capacity of the treadmill so that you can maximise its use and consume an appropriate amount of power. All treadmills are tested in the laboratory for 600 hours non-stop to check all components for durability. For access to more interactive content, the Compact Run100 treadmill is compatible with the Domyos E Connected app, as well as the Kinomap and Zwift apps. This allows you to add variety to your training. In the Domyos app, you can select weekly or monthly challenges, record your training sessions, create your own interval workouts and connect to third-party apps. The console has 30 training programmes developed by Domyos coaches and divided into 3 categories: - 10 "Calory Burn" programmes (burn calories), - 10 "Endurance" programmes (endurance training to increase distance), - 10 "Training" programmes (improve running speed). The speed of each programme can be adjusted to your current performance level before or during training.
