The CZone Switch Control Interface (SCI) is a marine-grade interface module that connects traditional mechanical switches to the CZone digital network system, designed specifically for marine vessel applications. This interface simplifies electrical wiring configurations while providing reliable switching functionality for boat control systems. The SCI supports multiple switch types, including momentary push buttons and toggle switches, with 8 inputs per module capable of handling 16 independent control functions. It features programmable switching types, sequential button press functionality, and configurable high and low alarm thresholds for each input. The module includes output for backlighting switch labels with dimming capability and transmits status codes for system functions and fault conditions via LED indicators or switches. With an IPX5 water resistance rating, this interface is protected against water jets from any direction, making it suitable for marine environments. The compact dimensions measure 100 mm in width, 156 mm in height, and 42 mm in depth. This interface connects to switch panels using the dedicated Switch Control Interface cable and supports multiple SCI switches controlling a single output interface channel. The product facilitates system expansion while providing protection against electrical interference in marine applications.
