In 1950, long before technical diving was a concept, Cressi revolutionized scuba diving with the introduction of the ventilated RONDINE COMMANDO fins. These fins were originally developed for the UDT (Underwater Demolition Team) of the US military and were extensively used in the 1960s. Today, the ORIGIN fins carry on this historical legacy with a modern upgrade. The high demands of technical diving are perfectly suited to these durable, abrasion-resistant fins made from a single material. In line with the original designs and patents, they are available in either neutral (LD) or negative (HD) rubber versions. The ORIGIN HD is made from a high-density, slightly negative material, perfect for use with dry suits and medium to heavy gear.
