Cressi Origin LD Fins

Long before technical diving became a term, Cressi revolutionized the world of diving with the introduction of the Rondine Commando fins. Launched in 1950 for the U.S. military (Underwater Demolition Team), these fins have been reworked based on patents and designs, continuing this historical legacy with a modern technical upgrade as the Origin LD. The Origin LD is made from a low-density monomaterial that is exceptionally abrasion-resistant. They are neutrally buoyant and ideal for anyone diving in wetsuits and using medium to light gear. The compact fin blade, featuring flow-through openings, is short and wide, providing a powerful forward thrust with minimal resistance. Whether using a flutter kick, frog kick, or helicopter turn, the Origin LD fins offer excellent responsiveness and precision, making them a great choice for all types of dives. The ergonomic foot pocket is equipped with self-adjusting, spring-loaded straps with wide finger loops, which are easy to operate even with thick gloves. The angled buckle system keeps the strap in an optimal position over the heel, and thanks to a simple pin design, the straps can be easily replaced. Two attachment holes, one at the tip of the fin blade and one at the foot pocket, allow the user to store or transport the fins vertically after use.
