The pull-up bar is a piece of strength training equipment designed to strengthen muscles through pulling exercises. These exercises target the back, shoulder, chest muscles, biceps, and also the abdominal muscles. Pull-ups with an underhand grip (palms facing you) primarily stimulate the biceps, while pull-ups with an overhand grip (palms facing forward) mainly train the back muscles.

Length: 115 cm, Height: 37 cm, Depth: 58 cm. Mounting on a solid wall. Wall mounting screws and anchors are not included, as they depend on the type of supporting material.

If you are not yet able to do pull-ups, use our resistance bands to make the exercise easier. They support part of your body weight, making the training more manageable. If you want to increase the difficulty of your workout, you can wear our weight vests. For a full-body workout, you can attach our Strap Trainer (DST) to it.

3 grip options: hammer, overhand, and underhand. Very robust, stiff frame. Max user weight: 130 kg. Folds down against the wall after training.
