TyeTec® Loop products have one thing in common: they are particularly lightweight and highly load-bearing components for rigging and deck. TyeTec® Loop blocks and what makes them special can be reduced to two components: the sheave and the loop that carries the sheave through the central hole, thus absorbing the force acting on the sheave. All other components, such as side plates, connectors, and so on, are almost irrelevant for force transmission. For this reason, TyeTec® Loop blocks can be exceptionally lightweight even under very high breaking and working loads. TyeTec® Loop blocks are available in various versions: plain bearing (code blue) long loop: 'High load' loop blocks with plain bearings for universal use. The bearing material withstands high pressure loads while maintaining low friction. Side plates: machined aluminum, hard anodized. Central axis: stainless steel 1.4404. Sheave: POM.
