Operation is simple, just by touching the touch surfaces. Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting from various programs. A varied training experience is easily attainable with the fixed 10 training programs as well as heart rate-controlled training through different heart programs. The five individual training programs allow you to create your own training routines. The fitness test function evaluates your training performance after each session based on a school grading system. Hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars to monitor your pulse during workouts.
