The sturdy ergometer is equipped with a wear-free approximately 9 kg magnetic brake system and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive, enabling low-noise training with good concentricity. The pedaling resistance is comfortably adjustable in 24 steps using the resistance control. The user-friendly soft-touch computer, which includes a holder for a tablet and smartphone, features an LCD display divided into six windows, allowing many display values at a glance. This can be easily operated by simply touching the surfaces.

Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting different programs. A varied training experience is facilitated by the fixed 10 training programs, as well as pulse-monitored heart rate training with various heart programs. The five individual training programs allow you to create your own training routines. The fitness test function evaluates your training performance after each session according to the school grade principle.

Hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars for monitoring your pulse during training. The saddle is vertically adjustable in height and can also be adjusted horizontally using a quick release, allowing for a comfortable individual training position. The anti-slip pedals with separate securing straps ensure a stable foot position while pedaling.

Front transport wheels make it easy to change locations, and the rear height-adjustable foot caps guarantee a safe stand for the device. Ergometer training with the AL 2 offers weather-independent cycling training with performance control for physical fitness, as well as target-oriented cardiovascular training or endurance training with pulse monitoring.
