The resistance while pedaling can be comfortably adjusted in 24 levels via the resistance control. The user-friendly soft-touch computer, which includes a holder for tablets and smartphones, features an LCD display divided into six windows, providing a wealth of display values at a glance. Operation is simple, requiring just a touch of the surfaces.

Individual training goals can be achieved by selecting from various programs. A diverse training experience is offered through the ten fixed training programs as well as pulse-controlled heart rate training with different heart programs. The five individual training programs allow users to create their own workout routines. The fitness test function evaluates training performance after each session using a school grading system.

Hand pulse sensors are integrated into the handlebars to monitor heart rate during workouts. The saddle is height-adjustable and can also be adjusted horizontally with a quick-release mechanism, allowing for a comfortable, personalized training position. The non-slip pedals with separate safety straps ensure a stable foot position while pedaling.

Front transport wheels make it easy to move the device, and the height-adjustable foot caps at the back guarantee a secure stand for the equipment. Ergometer training with the AL 2 offers weather-independent cycling workouts with performance control for physical fitness, as well as goal-oriented cardiovascular training or endurance training with pulse monitoring.
