Castelli Ultra Rain Cape

Absolutely waterproof, extremely packable rain cape. Waterproof, easily stowable jacket made from two-layer Polartec® Weather Protection stretch fabric. It is designed to be worn in combination with our jackets featuring Ristretto technology, but can also be worn directly over a jersey without flapping in the wind, and can be packed into its own pocket.

Depending on the season and location, being well-prepared for sudden weather changes is a great advantage. The Ultra Rain Cape, designed as part of our Ristretto technology, provides you with that assurance. Unlike most other rain jackets, the close-fitting, two-layer Weather Protection Polartec® stretch fabric keeps the rain out while taking up less space than a pocket when stowed. The snug material is also stretchy enough to be worn directly over a jersey without flapping in the wind, or, when temperatures drop, over your Espresso Air Jacket or Perfetto Air Jacket, allowing you to ride comfortably throughout the year. Reflectors on the sleeves and waist enhance visibility in poor weather conditions. For convenience, the jacket can easily be packed into its own pocket, ensuring you always have it on hand.
