The new and improved Powerbox Plus 24L thermoelectric cooler is equipped with 30% more insulation than its predecessor. Your food and drinks will remain 20 °C below the outside temperature, whether the box is powered via the 12V connection in the car or optionally using a transformer at a standard 230V outlet. The improved fan is extremely quiet and will not wake you at night with its maximum noise level of 39 dB (for comparison, a quiet library has about 40 dB). The Powerbox Plus 24L thermoelectric cooler is antimicrobial. The antimicrobial protection is odor, mold, and mildew resistant and is part of the interior lining. Therefore, its effectiveness will not wear off or weaken over the entire lifespan of the box.
