The improved Campingaz Powerbox Plus is equipped with 30% more insulation than its predecessor. Food and drinks remain 19 °C below the outside temperature, regardless of whether the box is powered via the 12-volt connection in the car or a standard 230-volt outlet. Both cables are included. In addition to the high-quality PU insulation and the antimicrobial protection that reduces odors, mold, and mildew, the Powerbox Plus features a rotary knob that regulates the power and efficiency of the box. To reduce fan noise, the cooler can be switched to night mode, and for efficient and environmentally friendly operation, the ECO mode can be used.

Die Campingaz ist eine stabile, einfach verarbeitete Kühlbox mit zwei Hindernissen: Der Griff ist schwer hochzuklappen, und der Deckel lässt sich schwer öffnen. Die Campingaz kühlt auf bis zu 16 Grad unter Raumtemperatur runter, erreicht nicht ganz die Werksangaben. Leider kein Kabelfach vorhanden. Positiv: Mit 4 Kilo eine relativ leichte und handliche Kühlbox.
