The Bosu Balance Trainer in the Home Edition brings functional training into your living room. This compact training device offers the same features as the Balance Trainer Pro. It is usable on both sides, stands 22 cm high when inflated, and can support a body weight of up to approximately 130 kg. The underside of the Balance Trainer Home has two recessed handles. A foot pump is included for inflation. To ensure that beginners can start their workouts safely and effectively, two workout DVDs and an exercise guide are also provided.
