It is usable on both sides, has a height of 22 cm, and can support a body weight of up to approximately 130 kg. Two recessed handles are located on the underside of the Balance Trainer Home. A pump is included for inflation. To ensure that beginners can start their workout safely and effectively, an exercise guide is also provided.
