The Bosu Balance-Trainer Home Edition brings functional training into your living room. The compact training device offers the same features as the Balance-Trainer Pro. It can be used on both sides, is 22 cm high when inflated and can be loaded up to a body weight of approx. 130 kg. There are two recessed handles on the bottom of the Balance-Trainer Home. A foot pump is included for inflation. So that beginners can also safely and effectively start their workout, 2 workout DVDs and an exercise manual are also included.
