Product details

Ice screws for alpine climbing tours on ice. For technical and alpine tours with climbing passages on ice, the Aero Lite ice screw from Blue Ice is an excellent choice, especially for those who prioritize minimizing weight in their gear.

The ice screw features an aluminum body with a steel tip. The relatively lightweight design is due to its construction. With the simple 3-tooth tip, the ice screw can be easily placed and, thanks to the integrated crank, easily screwed in.

The color coding indicates the length of the ice screw, so you know exactly which screw you have on hand while on the go:

  • 10 cm (Red): 58 g
  • 13 cm (Yellow): 65 g
  • 16 cm (Blue): 72 g
  • 19 cm (Gray): 78 g
  • 22 cm (Green): 84 g

Note: The screws from 13 cm to 22 cm meet the standards EN 568:2015 and UIAA 151:2018. The 10 cm screw is not personal protective equipment and does not meet these standards.
