The BLACKROLL® RESIST BAND rubber bands have been designed to make modern sports training innovations accessible to everyone. Elastic bands must meet professional standards while also being accessible to amateurs. RESIST BAND rubber bands are strong, stretchy, durable, and tear-resistant, yet feel pleasantly soft. Two flexible Velcro loops on the rubber band allow for quick attachment around the hips for modern acceleration, sprint, and running training without cutting into the skin.

Check the rubber bands for damage before each training session. Only use rubber bands in perfect condition. Start with less resistance until you master the exercise, then progress to higher resistances and/or more repetitions. Perform all exercises at a steady, slow pace. Breathe calmly and regularly during your workout. Exhale during the most challenging part of the movement. Avoid forced breathing. Stop training immediately if you experience pain. Consult your doctor or therapist before starting the training program if you have previous injuries or illnesses.
