The Half Dome is named by Black Diamond after one of the most famous mountains in Yosemite National Park. Alongside El Capitan, it is one of the park's landmarks and the perfect namesake for one of Black Diamond's most durable climbing helmets. The helmet shell is made of polycarbonate with large side ventilation slots. The headlamp clips are recessed, providing a secure attachment option. The infinitely adjustable helmet can be perfectly adapted to any head shape. The highlight of this women's helmet is the cutout for a ponytail. Equipped this way, you should definitely add the 25 km trek to the summit of Half Dome, including approximately 1500 meters of elevation gain, to your vacation to-do list.
