It is equipped with a magnetic braking system that enables a smooth and quiet operation with various resistance options. The rowing trainer features a central cable pull for exceptionally direct rowing strokes and offers additional exercise options for the back, abdomen, biceps, curls, and thighs (quadriceps).

The electronic LCD monitor displays values for time, strokes per minute, total strokes, calories, distance, and heart rate. There are also five preset programs and a recovery program. Heart rate measurement is done telemetrically via a chest strap (not included). This type of measurement is very precise and provides you with complete freedom of movement during training.

The robust structure of the rowing machine can withstand more intense workout sessions. The 8 kg flywheel is controlled via a magnetic braking system. The seat rail has a constant incline. The movable seat can also be fixed for specific rowing exercises. The rowing machine can be conveniently folded for space-saving storage after training and easily moved to another location with the integrated transport wheels.
