The Optima Press bench from BH Fitness is ideal for regular strength training at home, suitable for workouts of 3-7 hours a week, 1 hour a day. Its features and numerous adjustment options provide a wide range of exercise possibilities.

The robust steel tube frame offers sufficient rigidity and strength even during intense workouts. Six support points ensure the necessary stability during training. Overall, the Optima Press offers a broad spectrum of exercise options for shoulders, biceps, chest, back, abs, and thighs.

The Optima Press bench is a versatile training tool. The padded backrest is adjustable in four positions, providing optimal support for your lumbar spine. The padded armrest can also be adjusted in four ways. The seating positions can be adjusted in three ways. The leg supports are equipped with thick foam rollers and can also be adjusted in three ways. Weight storage racks complete the features of the Optima Press.
