The BH Cardiff Paddle uses an innovative water resistance system. This way, a 100% natural workout is achieved, and the intensity of the exercise can be gradually adjusted. Designed for intensive home use, for training between 7 and 20 hours per week.

Features:
6 intensity levels. Fill the water tank between levels 1 and 6 to regulate the resistance in your training.
Set a distance-time goal and try to beat your own records.
Thanks to the 3 support points, you can store the paddle safely and stably in a vertical position.
Adjustable pedals. Customize the pedals to fit the size of your foot for a comfortable and secure workout.
