Climbing rope with triple certification

The Joker 9.1 mm rope from Beal meets all three standards for dynamic ropes simultaneously. It will excite both experienced climbers and mountaineers looking for low weight, flexibility, and safety, as well as traditional climbers in search of a versatile rope for ridge routes, classic or mixed terrain, and snow routes.

With UNICORE technology, the rope is a safe and reliable companion, even if the sheath suffers damage, as the rope sheath and core are connected.

Lifespan and prevention of twisting

The lifespan of Beal ropes is a maximum of 15 years from the date of manufacture (5 years of storage + 10 years of usage). Depending on the frequency of use or damage, the usage duration may decrease. With the Magic Pack, the rope can be optimally uncoiled before first use to avoid later tangling. Additionally, a targeted fall at the beginning of use gives the rope a basic stretch, which also helps prevent this.

All advantages at a glance:

  • Certified as a single, half, and twin rope, making it versatile
  • Suitable for experienced climbers and mountaineers
  • Combines low weight with flexibility and high safety
  • UNICORE technology provides extra safety in case of sheath damage.
